After another one of those long conversation with one of my uncles' living in England, i was even more encouraged to publish this page. I learned that two of my other cousins had already written two books on or about our ancestors, our history and who we are as a people: The people of Negril Hills: Little Bay, Grass Piece, Woodland, Retirement, Orange Hill, Mt. Airy, Tilbury, Duck Pond. It could not longer be kept a secret; it should no longer be a secret about who we are. My only regrets, as i have discussed with my Uncle Maxie, is that we did not get the DNA off our most recents elders who had passed on. Uncle Miah!

Iris Parkinson is the daughter of 'Saffee' pronounced 'Seffie' Parkinson. Seffie pronounce Saffie, was the son of the late John Parkison, owner of Woodland Estate and Estate of Old Hope. Kaya Bremmer Father: Simon Bremmer. Simon Bremmer was brother to Sammy Bremmer who married Mirriam Johnson (Auntie Pinkie). Mirriam Johnson married Bremmer, and later Burkett. Mirriam Johnson-Bremmer son is : Nemiah Bremmer. Nemiah Bremmer passed away in Orange Hill Westmoreland, December 24, 2004 at the age of 94. His only son is Maxie Bremmer. Maxie Bremmer know in England as Ken/Kenneth Bremmer is connected to, by his mother's bloodline, the Barrett Family of Mt. Airy by Duck Pond. Maxie Bremmer Children: Son's -Benson Manning Bremmer and Roland Manning Bremmer. Manning is the mother's maiden name. Relations of the Brown from Clarendon, Jamaica. Thus the circle of blood relatives and bonding.
Note: Please do not accuse me of slandering my ancestors. I am writing this, so that our history do not get lost. While all the elders are dying off, we need to preserve some part of our history for future generations; if not for our children and children children.
